A 14-inch solid wood in deep dark shade of the wood called Wenge. The corpus is gold reflecting a sharp beautiful contrast from the dark wood.
This design is commissioned by long time society member, Brad Schuenemann, who supports our ministry with his great acts of love for Our Lord Jesus and the Blessed Mother. He knows the powerful sacramental of the St. Benedict cross comes with efficacious graces. He hopes that this design will be made available to everyone who encounters our Lord Jesus Christ through this website.
Wenge is a visually striking wood usually in a dark chocolately brown tint. It is a very strong wood representing the strength of the Heavenly Father, that we can rely on Him at all times through all the ages. Wenge is a wood that has proven to endure the test of time.
